Penrose Park Comfort Station

This project involved topographic survey, civil, plumbing, and electrical services for a new comfort station at Penrose Park, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The new comfort station design included a mechanical ventilation system for the rest rooms, a new electrical service requiring several hundred feet of underground primary service conductors, a pad mounted transformer, and a secondary service panel. The comfort station facility included LED lighting, electric hand dryers, and convenience outlets. Plumbing included vandal-proof plumbing fixtures and exterior drinking fountain.
