Over the last 27 years, ABNA’s services have evolved from general civil and survey services to planning, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and construction engineering. We started with two engineers and a dream, and we have grown into a talented team of over sixty (60) gifted engineers, surveyors, technicians, marketing, and administrative staff.
Our journey, however, has faced many challenges, including the Great Recession of 2008, several natural disasters, and the 2020 Pandemic. However, we were able to overcome these obstacles because of the extraordinary people who work at ABNA. The greatest lesson we have learned through all of that is that focusing on our people must be our number one priority.
Last year in the middle of the Pandemic, we decided to double down on what we call People Development and transform ABNA into a Learning Organization. As a Learning Organization, we are encouraging our leaders to focus on the Knowledge Base Development of their team.
Our people are who make us great, and we look forward to helping them continue to grow as passionate leaders and guardians of our nation’s civil infrastructure.
