In her 30-year-career with MoDOT, Jeanne has met cost objectives, managed an annual $8M budget for the upkeep of a regional ITS network, and supervised a staff of over 60+ team members. Most noteworthy in her experience is as the manager of MoDOT’s St. Louis District Traffic Management Center (TMC) for 8 years. Jeanne is accomplished in personnel and project management and passionate about improving the regional transportation system. Jeanne’s comprehensive knowledge of transportation infrastructure, accomplishments in leadership, and strong relationships within the Midwest will be pivotal in assisting ABNA’s growing portfolio and reputation as the region’s one-stop-shop for Design, Land Surveying, and Construction Services.
