ABNA Engineering is excited to announce that Andrew (Andy) O’Connell PLS has joined our team in the role of Project Survey Manager. In his 25-year career, he has worked in both boundary and construction surveying for the public and private sectors. He is a certified Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Illinois, Michigan and Texas. Prior to his experience as a land surveyor, Andy spent seven (7) years in the US Air Force in Civil Engineering working on base construction, base support and runway construction. Andy will help to grow and expand our surveying capabilities in order to best serve our clients, especially in the Illinois area.
