ABNA demonstrated exemplary project management skills in successfully overseeing the construction of various mechanical pro- jects and system upgrades for Lambert Terminal 1 and its concourses. With a focus on project control and meticulous oversight, ABNA effectively managed HVAC and Electrical construction activities within secured areas of the airport. Additionally, ABNA worked closely with tenants to develop comprehensive interruption mitigation plans to minimize disruptions. Weekly meetings with contractors and Lambert Engineering Department facilitated proactive collaboration, allowing for efficient task coordination and assessment of operational impacts within the terminal. ABNA provided Airport Engineering with detailed daily reports, photographic documentation, and timely communication regarding field changes. Notably, the creation of accurate as-built drawings was a critical aspect of the project, ensuring precise representation of existing infrastructure and systems. ABNA maintained strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the construction process.
