Project Description
ABNA completed the civil design for this $20 million project which is a part of the Arch Grounds Revitalization program undertaken by the City-Arch-River 2015 Foundation. All sidewalk construction met ADA compliance and fit in with the historic nature of the downtown St. Louis area with granite curbs and brick pavers. All traffic signals were upgraded to be ADA compliant and included audible pedestrian signals. On street parking was reconfigured to be compliant with the PROWAG ADA standards. This project also included utility relocations, and coordination with various local agencies.
