Project Description
The Penrose Park Velodrome — one of only twenty-seven (27) such cycling tracks in the U.S. — was built circa 1962 in St. Louis, MO, and required extensive repairs. ABNA was commissioned as a subconsultant to provide Civil Design, Cost Estimates, and Bid-Phase services. The design involved site reconnaissance, erosion and sediment control, demolition plans, grading and drainage, and all geometric specifications for the proposed improvements.
